Meet sweet Jasper, the newest little member of the Canyon Falls Veterinary Hospital family. 🐱

Jasper’s family recently said goodbye to their beloved cat, Bear, leaving a very big hole in their hearts. After adopting Jasper, they discovered something pretty incredible—Jasper was born on the exact day they lost Bear. 🥹

We like to believe the pets we love never truly leave us… and sometimes, they have a paw in sending us the one who will help our hearts heal. ❤️

“The pet you loved yesterday sends you the one you need today.”

💕 Sweet Baby Ellie 💕

Ellie may be a miniature Dachshund, but there is absolutely nothing miniature about her cuteness! 🥹🐾 This precious little girl is pure sweetness, cuddles, and perfection wrapped up in one tiny we**ie-dog package.

Seriously… how lucky are we that we get to take care of angels like her every day?! 🥰 We love you already, Ellie! 💗

Could this handsome boy (and his sweet kids) be any more photogenic?! 😍 Chief has already brought so much love and joy to his family, helping to fill a little of the enormous space left in their hearts after losing their beloved Duke. ❤️‍🩹

There’s a saying that feels especially true when a new dog finds their way into your life after such a tremendous loss:

“The dog you love today was sent to you by the dog you loved yesterday.” 🐾🌈

We like to think Duke had a little something to do with sending Chief their way. ❤️

Meet adorable little Zealand, our newest puppy patient! 🐶 His family traveled to New Zealand, fell completely in love with the country, and decided it was the perfect inspiration for their new little guy’s name. 🥹 This traveling family also has Fiji!!

And what a fun coincidence—New Zealand holds a special place in our hearts too! Mr Dr Lock (Bevin) is from New Zealand, and our daughter’s name is Zealyn. 🇳🇿❤️ Needless to say, we thought Zealand’s name was pretty perfect!
