Prayers to My Buddy Trey, He’s a 8 year old 3 legged Bichon we had since a Puppy. He woke up barking and sitting outside his bed and couldn’t get up on His back leg. ( 12:30am )

You may have seen puppy mill photos like this and wondered about those red boxes. Those are called '7-Day Feeders'. Once a week, some sort of cheap, dry food is poured into the feeder box of each cage. There's a tray inside at the bottom so the dogs can free-feed for a week. By using a system like this, no humans need to have contact with the dogs to feed them daily. It's cheap and it's all about the bottom line.

These are the moms and dads of the pet store puppies and those being sold online. No good food, limited human interaction. Please adopt instead.
