🍪🍑 Willow’s Sweet Treats Litter is 3 Weeks Old! 🍫✨

Willow’s sweet little treats are officially three weeks old, and every day brings something new! Their colors and markings continue to develop, making it even more fun to watch their unique personalities shine through.

Their eyes are now open, and they’ve started exploring beyond just eating and sleeping. These curious puppies are discovering the world around them, investigating toys and new textures in their whelping area, and even beginning to find their potty tray inside the puppy nursery. It’s amazing how quickly they learn!

One of the most exciting things about this litter is the variety of colors. We have several puppies with beautiful phantom Cavapoo markings, along with our two “blonde” sweet treats—Peaches and Butterscotch—whose lighter coloring is becoming more apparent each day. We can’t wait to watch their coats continue to change as they grow.

And with the arrival of this litter, we have another special milestone to celebrate—Mini Lou is officially a grandma! 🥰 What a fun reminder of how generations of wonderful Choice Paws puppies continue to grow our family.

Over the next few weeks, these puppies will begin even more exciting milestones, including early socialization activities, new enrichment experiences, and their first introductions to puppy mush. Right now, we’re soaking up every moment of this sweet, sleepy stage before they become busy little adventurers.

Meet Cooper, a 2-year-old, 18-pound Cavapoo looking for his next loving home. He’s house-trained, crate-trained, great with people and other dogs, and always ready for a walk, a game, or a cuddle. Cooper has a happy, affectionate personality and brings joy wherever he goes.

Cooper is a sweet, well-mannered companion who loves being part of the family. Whether he’s exploring the neighborhood, playing with his favorite toys, or relaxing beside you after a long day, he’s happiest when he’s spending time with his people.

Like many curious young dogs, Cooper has a few endearing quirks. Squirrels instantly capture his attention during walks, and every now and then he may decide something he finds is a special treasure and not want to give it up right away. Fortunately, we’ve found a high-value treat is usually worth the trade.

Making the decision to rehome Cooper has been incredibly difficult. Due to an unexpected move to Europe, we are looking for a loving new home where he can continue to thrive. This decision is entirely based on changing circumstances and not on Cooper, who has been a wonderful companion and a cherished member of our family.

We are hoping to find a family or individual who will love Cooper as much as we do. He has so much affection to give and will make a loyal, joyful companion for the right home.

One of the most rewarding parts of what I do isn’t just the puppy snuggles (although those are pretty great 😉).

It’s sitting down with my morning coffee, answering emails and texts from puppy families, and seeing photos of our puppies living their very best lives.

From city adventures and family vacations to couch cuddles and childhood best friends, watching these puppies grow into cherished family members is what makes all the early mornings, late nights, and hard work worth it.

Rosie’s adorable cavapoos are 3 weeks.

Eyes are open and they are beginning to explore the whelping box novelty items.

Potty and sleep training foundations are already underway!

They are very sweet and such great puppies!

Everyone has their home.

A calm, attentive mom means no cortisol spikes, no stress cries, no hunger. Just safe, steady, thriving.
The first week looks boring. It’s actually everything.

Searching for a cavapoo- if you’re looking for a new puppy, make sure you see those early weeks - ensure the environment is quiet that the mom is taking care of them -that is laying the foundation for your puppies brain chemistry!

Week one. Eyes closed. World unknown.
But a mom who never lets them cry for food, who stays calm and present - she’s laying the brain chemistry that follows this puppy for life.
The work starts before they even open their eyes.

The socialization window opens at 3 weeks old.

Most breeders don’t even think about it until 8 weeks — when your puppy is already at your house.

By then? Some windows are already closed. Forever.

Meanwhile you’re just trying to survive potty training.

This is why our puppies come with a massive head start. We’re not just keeping them alive until pickup day. We’re building the foundation of who your dog is going to be.
