During Veterinary Technician Week, we want to celebrate the incredible people who make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families every single day — our veterinary technicians and our amazing reception team!

They celebrate the recoveries, comfort the frightened, and stand beside families when the goodbye is one of the hardest they will ever have to say.
And to our reception team — you are often the first friendly voice a client hears and the first reassuring face they see. You juggle phone calls, appointments, worried pet parents, and countless details, all while helping keep the hospital running. Your compassion, patience, and communication help set the tone for every visit, and you are an essential part of the care we provide.
Veterinary medicine is so much more than what happens in an exam room. It is long days, constant learning, teamwork, emotional strength, and a whole lot of heart. It is giving your best to every patient, even when you are tired. It is carrying the weight of difficult cases home with you and showing up the next day ready to do it all over again.
