This time of year is beautiful, and yet it seems we are surrounded by images of death: Skeletons, tombstones, ghouls, and other fearful creatures litter the streets and neighborhoods.
However, we see fall as a time of harvest. God has blessed us with an abundance of fruit to gather and beauty to behold, reminding us that while seasons pass and leaves turn from green to gold to brown to dust, life returns. What is laid in the ground bursts forth again.
Feel free to stop in and give thanks for life and harvest-time by taking some pictures. Wear a smile instead of a scary face!
