♥️♥️ Helga and Teagan
♥️♥️

Veterinary reception is not “just answering phones.”

It is emotional triage.
It is operational control.
It is being kind when people are rude.
It is being precise when everything is moving at once.
And somehow still smiling through all of it.

That is not “just reception.”
That is skill.
That is labor.
That is intelligence.
That is leadership.

The Vet CSR exists because this role deserves to be seen clearly.

We’re veterinary receptionists—the heartbeat of the clinic 🐾
We juggle ringing phones, busy schedules, and endless questions… all while sneaking in cuddles with puppies and kittens. We’re cleaning, typing, coordinating, comforting, and smiling through it all.
From the first “hello” to the final “take care,” we keep things running smoothly and make sure every pet and person feels seen, heard, and cared for.
It’s multitasking at its finest—and we wouldn’t trade it for anything. 💙🐶🐱
We wouldn't trade Helga and Teagan for anything and we definitely can't run this animal clinic without them.
Thank you ladies ♥️♥️

🦷 February is Veterinary Dental Health Month! 🐾
Dental health is about so much more than fresh breath—it's a vital part of your pet’s overall well-being. Dental disease can lead to pain, tooth loss, and even affect the heart, liver, and kidneys if left untreated. Regular dental exams, cleanings, and at-home care help keep your pet comfortable, healthy, and smiling for years to come. This month is the perfect reminder to give your pet’s teeth the attention they deserve! 💙

Get 10% off of dental cleanings the month of February! Schedule your pets appointment today!
