Got an update on my Moose man, now residing in southern CA with his new best friend and wonderful owner Marc. Miss this guys sweet mug ❤️💕 but so happy he can live a life of ease and relaxation now as a companion to his owner. We occasionally offer retired show/performance dogs out to the public for retirement or repurpose into another career. You can always fill out a questionnaire with Topshelf to be put on a waiting list for these more established dogs that come with the training if puppy antics is just not what you signed up for.

A very tired Moose after a fresh coat pull and full groom. Thankfully he will have plenty of time to rest on his way to Southern Ca to his new home with Marc. Thank you Splash Hound in Mid Town Sacramento for hosting me in their self bath shop so I could escape the heat while grooming. Great facility!

Available: 3 yr old dark pepper and salt male as companion/performance/show. Could do all well! I am putting Moose regretfully back on the market for rehome. I’ve really fought over the idea and after seeing the male competition here in Northern California, I thought for sure I would retain him to show after reconsideration. But as unfortunate luck would have it, my new home purchase is going slower than expected and he’s giving my old stud dog a run for his alpha title while stuck at my mothers home. She’s not physically up to the challenge of two intact males so one has to go ASAP. My loss is going to be someone’s BIG gain.

Moose is great living with female dogs and non intact males. He’s got the basics trained on him and is a doll on the grooming table. Will let you strip coat all day and he will just lay there. Perfectly crate trained and is not a indiscriminate Barker. Very athletic male but respects fences. I would describe moose as the big goof. He just wants to be loved on and play at your feet. Easiest coat I have ever had to pull for those who like the esthetic or want to show. No whitening powder required, his furnishings are dark! Impeccable outcrop potential from European bred stock.

Rehome fee is negotiable for the right home. Will consider all options.
