I have to be honest, I’ve cried a lot lately. But not the “woe is me” type cry. No, this is a heart so full and a soul that needed it♥️. I am absolutely gobsmacked. All the love and support means everything to me💁‍♀️ I was gaslit for a very long time. I was “weird”, “not normal”, “something wrong” with me, etc. it took me a long time to realize this was one person’s opinion. I’m very proud of being a little off🤣, a little left of center. It took some time to find my tribe. Maybe because I was looking for a tribe instead of a pack🥹🥹🥹🥹 This ATCC family is just everything to me. Y’all and the Rodalunatics are getting me through all of this… But there’s finally light at the end of the tunnel.😘😘😘😘Appreciate y’all so much🥰🥰🥰🥰 Stay weird, my friends ♥️

So y’all probably know Lowe’s is my happy place🥰 And Lupus has been my arch enemy… I never dreamed that the two would mix🤣 I bought a locking mailbox from them online, but I didn’t love it and went with a different one. The website told me to ship it back, but I wasn’t confident it would make it there, the box was not in the best shape. I also needed to get a 4 x 4 post to install the new mailbox. I stopped at customer service in the North East store, and explained that I had several cysts removed from my fingers and they are not healing well and asked if someone could help me. Katy jumped into action!!! She followed me to my car and put this big B word of a mailbox on her shoulder and carried it right inside. I thought she would hand me off to another associate for the 4 x 4 post, but she was leading me to that department as well. Absolutely love being with someone who knows exactly where things are in the store♥️♥️♥️♥️ she then took me up to check out and carried it out to my car. If you need anything from Lowe’s, look around and see if Katy’s there… She will definitely take care of you.♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

So I think this is equal parts of adorable, heartbreaking and hysterical… The upper pictures are of Khloe, a five year-old black lab mix who attends doggy daycare and occasionally boards with us. The lower pictures are of Charlie G, a bit younger black lab who also comes to doggy daycare, and also occasionally boards with us. Khloe, as sweet as she is, does not appreciate Mr. Mark. If she even hears him… doesn’t even see him, but hears him only, she will growl and start to bark. Her folks say that she doesn’t do this with anyone else.😂 I always mess with him and tell him that dogs can sense evil🤣 So today we got a new lawnmower that he was eager to try out. Charlie G. , Charlee M, Bert & Ernie and a few other dogs were in the backyard when he wanted to mow the backyard. I went inside to grab some p**p bags and got stuck on a phone call. When I came back to the backyard, he was so excited and I think had dust in his eyes🥹, saying that Khloe had completely changed towards him, she was letting him pet her and was super excited, asking for pets, and wasn’t barking or growling at all. He was so excited telling me what a change this was and it was a very big step for them both. I told him to come in for a hug and he looked at me like I was crazy and I gave him a big hug before I told him that he was loving on Charlie Griffits , Khloe wasn’t here today.😂♥️♥️♥️🥹

My Dad wanted the best for me….🥹

When my Dad was faced with a hard decision, he knew surrendering me to CCAS would give me a chance to have a better life. My human Dad loved me.

My name is Scrappy and I am a 6 year old bestest boy! I’ve been patiently awaiting my forever family the last couple months. You can find me on walks at CCAS or saying Hi 👋 to my favorite humans.

I lived with other dogs in the past and prefer a calmer household. I also lived with cats!
