We have had Freya for a month. She came in with the largest worm load I have ever seen, terribly under weight and filled with lice. She saw the veterinarian and checked out ok other than being at least 200lbs under weight. The farrier trimmed her hooves and is having me address short heels and cracks. She is is very sweet and loves affection. She initially acted like she didn't know what grain or treats were. Now she's a pro and a huge fan of grass. She has also had her first few warm baths and loves them. Everybody at Seahorse Stables loves her. ❤️

The weather has finally gotten better. So many nice rain free days. There are approximately 12 weekends in summer. Book now! We are open now, so come visit on short notice. It is a wonderful respite from your cares. We do all the work.

Well we start it again. This filly is 2 years old. She is a Friesian. I need to put 200+ pounds safely on her. Veterinarian Check up and my Farrier is due here on Thursday. There will be more to post soon.

He is back safe and sound. I want to express my deepest gratitude to have all or you cheering us on. It was a huge help to keep up morale. I want to thank everyone that was on the ground looking. Amoré found his way into a very overgrown area behind our property and simply got wedged in. The back story is: someone had a problem with their boot. She got down and was trying to fix it. She stood up a gust of wind hit and he took off. What's worse is I got off Domino to help her, he pulled because his brother took off. We were both standing there puzzling " How did this happen??" I didn't think a lot about it. I just expected the to both be home looking at us. We make it back and only Domino is looking at us. I'm sure he was thinking "Hey man, did you just see what happened out there? Glad you made it out alive" unfortunately his brother missed the turn. It's a mystery to me?? How do you miss the turn??And that's the story! You all are so awesome. Thank you for your concern.
