Full care includes:

⭐️ Daily feeding, we feed Nutrena Fuel XF (owner may provide their own different grain at no discount)
⭐️ Soaked alfalfa cubes at night at owners request and owners expense
⭐️ Turnout depending on the weather
⭐️ Grass pastures in spring and summer
⭐️ Stall cleaning with fresh bedding added as needed
⭐️ First cut hay
⭐️ Blanket changes
⭐️ Hot and cold washbay
⭐️ Heated kitchen with, fridge and stove
⭐️ Indoor arena (40x80)
⭐️ Outdoor arena
⭐️ Access to trails
⭐️ Owner and staff on site 24/7
⭐️ 24 hour surveillance
⭐️ Late Night checks
⭐️ The bar is a work in progress for a spot to unwind after riding or just hang out. Open to all as bring your own beverage

We pay attention to your horses individual needs. We strive to keep them happy, healthy and feeling their best, whether that be administering owner provided supplements or medications or taking the time to hose them off when its too hot out.

Horses go out in a mixed herd in winter (around 20 horses mares and geldings) and spilt up into pastures with the most grass available in spring and summer (pasture rotations will occur) Pasture maintenance is a top priority and fencing updates have been a continuous process.

We are working hard toward providing an extraordinary facility for all to enjoy with more renovations and updates to continue not only to the facility but to the grounds as well!

$450 a month per horse

Add ons:

⭐️ If you don't have time to ride, we offer riding and handling at $35 an hour with experienced rider and handler on site

⭐️ Training/Tune ups available

Savvy has been used in many lessons with small children just learning to ride, or adults looking to rebuild confidence. She's super quiet and a nice ride. Safe for anyone to ride. Safe to bathe and be around on the ground and in the saddle. Meet Raven. He's safe and sane. 7 year old Standardbred/Tennessee Walker. On site full lease. He does light flat riding, western, walk, trot, canter. Goes out on trails, can be alone or in a group. Has been used as a lesson horse for adults and kids. Goes to the local barrel races just to ride around and take in the sights. This boy loves to have a job. For sale as a project or companion horse. 18 year old grade arabian mare. Was given this mare as a favor to someone that needed her fattened up. I had intentions to ride her and use her but she needs work and I have enough projects that she didnt make the cut. From what I've seen this mare is saddle broke but green and nervous/sensitive. Other than that she is really sweet, good in a mixed herd, stands for farrier, loads on a trailer, stands to be bathed. She just needs her own person. UTD on coggins, shots and trims. Low low x,###.
