Our summer show season came to an end this weekend at Hinckley Equestrian Center where we braved a torrential downpour but had a wonderful day!

Congratulations to our riders on a very successful day in the Hunter Ring.

Savannah Krider & Patrick’s Irish Delight were Grand Champions of the w/t Ground Poles

Beth Miles and Only Legends R Moody made their debut in the show ring and finished with a 2nd, two 6th and a 7th in the w/t Ground Poles

Julie Hartsel & Quintender were Reserve Champions of the w/t/c Cross Rails

Ella McCoy & Patrick’s Irish Delight earned a 2nd and 5th in the 2’ Limit Hunter classes

Lillian Powell piloted Worth the Chance around his first ever Hunter course and brought home a 3rd and a 4th in the 2’3 TB Hunters and a 2nd in her 2’3 Medal.

Sydney McCray & Only Legends R Moody were 1st and 2nd in their 2’6 Very Green Hunter classes

Sydney McCray & Charlie Brown were 1st and 2nd in their 2’6 TB Hunter classes and 3rd in the 2’6 Medal

We had an incredible week at WEC with 12 horses! It was the busiest week we’ve had in a while but right alongside the “busy” came so much fun, learning, and growth for everyone.

✨Oliver Robinson & Carre das Lili CHAMPIONS of the 1.10 Junior Jumpers.

✨Mackenzie Dylewski and Catch Blue move up to the 1.0 Amateur Jumpers and had multiple top placings.

✨Sydney McCray & Quintender had great rounds in their 15-17 3’3” Equitation and finished 5th in the THIS 3’ Medal.

✨Allie Kemp & Dimond’s Rita move up to the Novice .90 and had great rides.
✨Stella Sterling & Jyberlino H finished 4th in the Novice .90 Classic.
✨Sarah Henson & Brisa made their WEC debut and brought home great placings all week in the .90.
✨Stella Sterling & Con Thargos had great rides in the .90 all weekend including a 6th place finish.

✨Gracelyn Boyd & Torneschs’ AS moved up to the Intermediate .80 and had a great experience all weekend.
✨Clara Robinson & Jackson on Tour also moved up to the Intermediate .80 and finished the weekend with a 6th and a 9th in the Classic.

✨Sara Heeter & Worth the Chance had top three placings during the week in the .65m. This new pair grew so much in just a few days!
✨Gianna Goodwin & Allocate This were RESERVE CHAMPIONS during the week in the .65m

✨Quinn Farkas made her WEC debut aboard Jackson on Tour and brought home a CHAMPION finish in the Limit Rider Equitation as well as a RESERVE CHAMPION finish in the Limit Rider Hunter.

✨Julie Hartsel & Quintender showed great improvements all week in the Crossrails with a 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th place finish!
✨Milania Goodwin & Allocate This moved up to Crossrails and finished the weekend with an 8th place.

✨Brynlee Boyd tested a new mount for Leadline this week and had a great time with Torneschs’ AS
✨Antonella Williams made her WEC debut with Dimond’s Rita in Leadline

Wednesday was a full day of prep with our trainers to make sure everyone was ready for the weekend!

✨Shannon Fisher jumper clear in the 1.10m with Carre das Lili, Con Thargos and Jyberlino H.

✨Shannon Fisher and Kobra K had great rounds in the 3’0 Greens in good company.

✨Shannon Fisher and Quintender jumped great in the USHJA 3’.

✨Veronica Llewellyn and Dimonds Rita 1st and Veronica and Jackson on Tour 3rd in the .90.
✨Shannon Fisher and Catch Blue 2nd in the .90 and Shannon and Torneschs’ AS 6th.
✨Shannon Fisher and Brisa jumped to 3rd place in the .90 Young Jumpers.

✨Veronica Llewellyn and Allocate this 3rd in .65m
✨Shannon Fisher and Worth the Chance 6th in .65m

We ventured out to another local schooling show over the weekend! Grateful to Stoney Ridge Stables for hosting such a smooth show where our horses and riders are able to gain experience and knowledge in the show ring!

Congratulations to our riders on a fantastic week at Hits on the Hudson!

Sunday brought many praise-worthy rides and we couldn’t be more proud of everyone!

Oliver Robinson & Carre das Lili moved up to the 1.15m for the first time and finished with a 2nd and a 6th in the 1.10m Jr/Am during the week.

Stella Sterling & Con Thargos were Reserve Champions of the .95 Division with a 4th place in the Classic.

Stella Sterling & Jyberlino H also had good rounds in the .95m finishing the week with a 2nd and an 8th during the week.

Mackenzie Dylewski & Catch Blue had great rounds in the .95m finishing the week with an 8th and a 5th in the Classic.

Gracelyn Boyd & HS Summertime Jazz were just out of the ribbons in competitive .95m Classic either a double clear round!

Brynlee Boyd had a great ride with HS Summertime Jazz in the Beginner Walk-Trot leadline equitation. This pair has continued to grow and we can’t wait to see them graduate to Walk-Trot Ground Poles in the near future.

We’ve been having so much fun at we’ve forgotten to take many pictures!

Our riders have been doing an amazing job this week and are ready for classic day tomorrow 🏆

🌸 Sara Ring and Carre das Lili had a great ride in the Open 1.20m
🌸 Shannon Fisher and Jyberlino H finished 8th out of 40+ riders in the Open 1.10m
🌸 Shannon Fisher and Con Thargos had a great round with one on the clock in the Open 1.10m
🌸 Oliver Robinson and Carre das Lili have accumulated a 2nd and 6th this week in the Junior 1.10m
🌸 Kobra K moved up to the 3’ Greens with Shannon Fisher and had some beautiful rounds
🌸 Stella Sterling had a 1-2 finish in the Junior .90m with both her boys, Con Thargos and Jyberlino H
🌸 Gracelyn Boyd and HS Summertime Jazz continue to have solid rounds in the Junior .90m
🌸 Mackenzie Dylewski and Catch Blue have had quick and clear rounds in the Junior .90m

What a successful, busy weekend we had! Our seasoned show horses and riders led the way for some of our younger horses and newer riders- they set the tone for an educational weekend for all! Congratulations to all!

Stella Sterling 1st in the .95m Mini Prix with Con Thargos and 9th with Jyberlino H

Stella Sterling and Con Thargos finish Reserve Champions of the Novice .95m Jumpers

Mackenzie Dylewski and Catch Blue had great rides in the Novice .95m Jumpers

Shannon Fisher and Kobra K Reserve Champions in the 2’9 WEC Hunters with a 1st Over Fences and 2nd Under Saddle

Lillian Powell and Worth the Chance made their WEC debut together in the .65m jumpers and had multiple clear trips and finished with an 8th out of 30+ riders. The future is bright for this 4 year old!

Kennedi Wenger and Heather Bullach both had successful rounds in the 2’ WEC Hunters with Lookinforexcitement. Kennedi rode him to a 4th place finish Under Saddle as well as a 7th Over Fences. Heather finished with a 7th and an 8th Over Fences

Paisley Hentzell and Colonial’s Primrose had fantastic trips in the Cross Rails and earned a 7th in their Eq Over Fences trip

Emilia Levengood completed her very FIRST horse show with Con Thargos in the Ground Pole division. This young rider demonstrated confidence, poise, and commitment to her sport all weekend. We are so excited to have her join us at more shows in the future!

Brooklyn Parker piloted his 5 year old Destino around the Ground Pole division in good company. Destino had some of his best rounds yet this weekend and we can’t wait to watch him grow more.
