Hey everyone, it's a real scorcher out there today! Please remember if you are coming to Los Solano Ranch over the next few days to stay hydrated and don't over exsert yourselves or your horses!

Stay alert for signs of heat related illnesses which include: Headache, Nausea, Dizziness, Weakness, Irritability, Thirst, Muscle Cramps/Pain, and Heavy Sweating.

If you are feeling overheated the A/C in the tack room next to the barn is on, get cool, drink plenty of water, and rest.

Stay safe and have fun out there!

Great video on some rope handling techniques. Things we will surely be messing with at the roping clinic on July!

Learn some great roping drills that can advance your roping without access to cattle!
