💛 Business Update 💛
I wanted to share an update with everyone who has been so patient and supportive over the past few months. As many of you know, I have been on maternity leave, and my baby is now 3 months old. While the original plan was to try to return sometime in January, adjusting to parenthood has been more difficult than I expected.
After a lot of thought and discussion, my husband and I have decided to temporarily move in with family in Jackson, SC while we look to buy a home in that area. We will also be selling our current house so we can be closer to family during this season of our lives. Because of this, the grooming business will remain closed for the foreseeable future.
Once we find a home, I do fully plan to rebuild and reopen the business in Jackson, SC. I know this will be farther away and may not be convenient for some, and I completely understand. While I can’t give a reopening date yet, please know this is not goodbye forever — just a pause while we do what’s best for our family.
For those needing grooming in the meantime, I’m happy to recommend a few great local options: Doggy D’Tailz and Plush Pup in North Augusta, as well as Urban K9 in Augusta.
I want to sincerely thank each and every one of you for your patronage, kindness, and patience while waiting for updates. I know this likely isn’t the news many were hoping for, and I’m truly sorry for the disappointment this may cause. Your support has meant more to me than I can express, and I will always be grateful for the trust you placed in me with your dogs.
