The Cat Manny The Cat Manny is a service that cares for your furry, feline family members while you are away.

The "Cat Manny" is Alec, an 18-year-old rising Freshman at Fairfield University and cat parent to two rescue cats, Buddy and Rey. For the last six years, Alec has invested in learning all he can to raise the most healthy and happy felines. In the process, he also learned how much care cats need. They not only need daily feeding and watering, they need playtime and engagement. Services include daily feeding/watering, playtime, attending to the litterbox, and a daily photo/video of your feline sent via text message so you can keep in touch. If your family is traveling this summer and needs a responsible, cat-loving local student to care for your furry, four-legged family member, contact The Cat Manny at: [email protected].

We're playing peek-a-boo this week! With cooler temps now in place, two of these three kitties have found refuge beneath the blankets! Where is your cat's favorite place to "hide/cozy?"

We're starting the week with a sad heart. šŸ’”

One of our furry family members and fellow "Manniacs" has crossed the Rainbow Bridge.

It's never easy to say goodbye to the special creatures that make our lives more spectacular. Today, we celebrate the life of SAINT, who managed not only to survive a traumatic life start, but thrive (with lots of love from his family and support from 3 other cats) on only 3 legs.

We'll miss you, 'ol fella. xoxo

The Cat Manny has officially begun his college journey, even though his first feline rescue (Buddy) tried unsuccessfully to keep him home. šŸ˜æ

Thankfully, he'll be back over the holidays.

In the meantime, if you need a cat sitter, Alec's mom Wendy, has offered to provide "backup" while Cat Manny is away.

Here's a fella we've all been missing: Beau. I was so happy that his family asked me to come back and sit for him (and his sibling, Jersey). Beau is not just beautiful; he's extremely vocal and loves to "cat chat" for hours. Videos to follow for all to enjoy!

Hello, ā€œManniacsā€:

I will be leaving for college in a few short weeks, but I have asked my mom, Wendy (who taught me everything I know!), to help any Cat Manny clients who need cat sitter support during my absence. Same rates. Same service. (More details in comments).

Email The Cat Manny or message through The Cat Manny Facebook (or Insta) page to set up visits during the Fall season.

Iā€™ll be back before the holidays and will be providing care from Dec 19-Jan 19.

Thank you to ALL our clients/families. You have helped me achieve this milestone chapter, and I am forever grateful.
