🐾 PICK-UP POLICY🐾
Please be advised that all dogs and cats must be picked up within 20 minutes of being notified that their grooming is complete, unless an alternate pick-up time has been arranged in advance.

A $20 boarding fee will be added to the invoice when pets are not picked up within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Unfortunately, I have had to stay well past my 4:00 closing time too many times waiting for pets to be picked up. While I understand unexpected situations happen, please let me know as soon as possible so arrangements can be made.

Thank you for understanding, respecting my time, and helping me maintain a healthy work-life balance. I truly appreciate all of my wonderful clients and your continued support! ❤️🐾
