Let's address the elephant in the room. You know it's hot. We know it's hot. Even the elephant is sweating. Should you trust a dog daycare to keep your pup safe when temps outside are like surface-of-the-sun-hot?
Our heat precautions include watering the turf and pavement outside to protect the toe beans, providing fresh water in all play areas and kennels, and letting the dogs outside for only a few minutes at a time when temperatures reach 90 degrees.
We work hard to earn your trust. We know it's a big responsibility to care for your beloved fur babies. All dogs in our care are supervised any time they are out of the kennels. Our staff is trained to recognize signs of illness and will contact you if anything seems amiss with your pup. In an emergency, we'll even transport your dog to a vet (with your consent).
Please let us know at drop off if you have heat-related concerns. We want to do anything and everything we can to ensure that you and your pup are comfortable.
