Starting SEPTEMBER 1ST, we are leveling up how we schedule your furry friend’s spa day!
🐾 New Booking System
Soon you’ll be able to book online, request your favorite groomer, and chat with us digitally — no more phone tag! Watch for a text in the next week or two inviting you to set up your pup’s account.
This post is a quick tutorial to walk you through it.
Prefer the phone? No problem — you can always call the shop and our front desk team will take great care of you.
🕐 New Appointment Times
Say goodbye to all-day appointments! We’re moving to staggered appointments so your dog is in and out within about 4 hours — less crate time, more play time.
Starting times run hourly from 8:00–1:00, with drop-off as early as 30 minutes before your slot. We’ll text or call you (your choice!) the moment your pup is ready for pickup.
