🐍 Barn Hero of the Day! 🐴

Just another day at the barn! When an unexpected slithery visitor decided to check out the cross-tie area, one of our amazing barn moms stepped in, safely relocated the snake, and returned it to the woods where it belongs.

We’re thankful for calm heads, helping hands, and people who always look out for both our horses and each other. Thankfully, no horses, riders, or snakes were harmed!

Life at the barn is never boring—that’s for sure! ❤️🐴🌿

In the wake of the devastating straight-line winds that caused so much damage to Majic Stables, we have been overwhelmed by the incredible kindness and generosity of our community.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who has donated, volunteered, shared our story, offered words of encouragement, and reached out to help. Every act of kindness has reminded us that we are not facing this challenge alone.

The damage forced us to cancel lessons and camps—programs that don’t just bring joy to our riders, but also help provide the funds needed to purchase winter hay and care for our horses throughout the year. Your support is helping bridge that gap during this difficult time.

A special thank you to the generous donor who provided bedding for our horses. Your gift means more than words can express and helps ensure our horses remain safe and comfortable as we begin to rebuild.

From all of us at Majic Stables—Mary Shappee, our horse owners, our lesson families, and especially our beloved lesson horses—thank you for believing in us and standing beside us. Majic Stables has always been more than a barn. It’s a family, a place where lifelong friendships are made, confidence is built, and a love for horses grows.

We have a long road ahead, but thanks to this amazing community, we know we won’t be walking it alone. We are forever grateful. ❤️🐴
