We watched Night Court last night and had breakfast this morning. He “guarded” the room from the kitty last night. He doesn’t realize she has zero interest in sleeping with us.

I’ve been a little slow about posting pictures of some of my Pawsitive Vibes clients this summer, but that doesn’t mean we haven’t been busy! We’ve all just been doing our best to survive this ridiculous Oklahoma heat. 🥵🐾

I just adore these animals and feel incredibly lucky that their families trust me to care for them. They each have their own personalities, routines and funny little quirks, and I truly love getting to know every single one of them.

A quick availability update: My overnight bookings for the remaining weekends in September are full, but I do still have some weekday availability for overnights, along with space for drop-ins. I am booked for overnights the window of September 8–14.

October is already filling up, and I am fully booked for overnight care October 10–13. If you have dates you’re considering, please reach out sooner rather than later!

🐾❤️ A Month of Wagging Tails, Whiskers, and Wonderful Memories ❤️🐾

This has been an incredibly busy month for Pawsitive Vibes Pet Care, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I’ve had the privilege of spending time with so many of my part-time babies—some for a quick visit, some for overnight stays, and some who have needed a little extra TLC. From energetic zoomies and toy explosions to quiet cuddle sessions on the couch, every pet has made this month special.

A special shoutout to my senior friends and those dealing with medical needs. Whether it was medication time, helping them move a little slower, keeping them comfortable, or simply sitting beside them for reassurance, caring for them is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

There have been plenty of early mornings thanks to cats who believe personal space is optional and that breakfast should be served immediately. I’ve been greeted by whiskers in my face, paws on my chest, and more than a few enthusiastic doggy-breath wake-up calls.

I’ve also learned some very important things this month:
📺 One sweet pup is absolutely obsessed with Disney and Pixar movies and will happily watch cartoons like they’re prime-time television.
🎾 Tennis balls, squeaky toys, and stuffed animals somehow multiply when humans aren’t looking.
🐕 Zoomies can happen at any age.
🐈 Cats are always in charge, even when they pretend otherwise.

Not every furry friend made it into these photos. A few of my canine clients and several of my wonderful kitty clients were either camera-shy, too busy, or simply outsmarted me before I could snap a picture.

Thank you to every family who trusts me with your beloved pets. Being welcomed into your homes and becoming part of your pets’ routines is something I never take for granted. I appreciate each and every one of you.

Here’s to more adventures, more cuddles, more zoomies, and hopefully slightly fewer 5:30 a.m. wake-up calls. ❤️🐾

🐢💚 One of the perks of pet sitting all over town is meeting all kinds of animals… even the ones that aren’t clients.

Spotted this grumpy little dinosaur on my morning rounds. Friendly reminder: snapping turtles have excellent attitudes and range of motion but terrible customer service skills. If you help one, protect yourself first and don’t risk your fingers. Use bite gloves if you have them, or a thick towel wrapped around your hands and draped over the turtle while lifting it to move it. If moving a turtle, always remember to move it in the direction it is headed.

Stay safe out there, and watch for wildlife! 🐢😂

To be absolutely clear: I DO NOT sell animals. Pawsitive Vibes Pet Care is a pet care/pet sitting business only.

I do also operate a rescue organization separately under an entirely different name: EarthMother Rescue & Outreach, which is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity. Rescue animals are placed through adoption processes — not sold through my pet care business.

🐾 Pawsitive Vibes – Week in Review 🐾

Another week, another reminder that this life is full of personalities… and we wouldn’t have it any other way 💚

We had cozy couch cats keeping watch over their kingdoms, reminding us that rest is just as important as play.
We had curious noses and gentle seniors leaning in for love—the quiet kind that says everything without a word.

Outside, the crew kept their eyes on the world like it’s their full-time job. Neighborhood watch? Handled. Squirrels? Questionable. Suspicious leaves? Investigated thoroughly. 🌿

Our bulldog queen stood her ground like the boss she is, while her backyard companion took in the breeze, each in their own lane—because that’s the beauty of dogs… they don’t have to match energy to coexist.

Car rides were taken very seriously this week (as they should be), and someone made sure to supervise every mile like a seasoned co-pilot.

And then we had the doodle energy… the “Hi, I love you, I just met you, please acknowledge me immediately” kind of joy that makes everything feel lighter. ☀️

From playful to peaceful, from goofy to grounded—this week was full of connection, trust, and those little moments that make this work so special.

Thank you to all of my clients who trust me with your babies. They’re not “just pets”—they’re personalities, routines, comfort, and family.

And getting to be part of that? That’s the real Pawsitive Vibe.

🐾 A Day in the Life with Pawsitive Vibes Pet Care 🐾

Today’s crew had me bouncing between a couple of my favorite households 💚

First up — Bella 🐶
She’s soaking up her one-on-one time with a potty break, some snacks, and of course a little extra love (because let’s be honest… she expects it 😌)

Then over to visit Trevor & Chuckie — sweet brothers who always keep things interesting 😂
Double the dogs = double the personality, only one epic side eye, and definitely double the fun.

I love days like today where I get to check in, make sure everyone’s happy, comfortable, and cared for while their families are away. It’s not just a “stop-in”… it’s making sure your pets feel safe, seen, and loved in their own home 🏡🐾
