Meet the Instructor 🧘

“I’m Jay 💫 A bit about me - I started yoga teacher training in 2023 with no real intention to teach but to learn something new then see where it would lead me. I was fortunate enough to have an incredible experience with an amazing group of women and teachers who lead and supported each other. I began to teach and it couldn’t have been farther from my comfort zone at the time but I grew to see its what i’m meant to share, I love it more than anything with each experience. I try to create every class with an environment anyone and everyone can be comfortable in to show up for themselves and hopefully leave more in tune with their body and peace of mind. I’m looking forward and am very excited to be apart of this experience!☮️”

Come meet Jay and all the puppies from sospetrescue on Saturday the 18th at The Shack! Can’t wait to see you there!

We just love hearing about adoptions that we had a hand in making happen! We originally met this mother and daughter randomly at our Puppy Yoga event at the Healthy Living Expo at Neptune’s Park. They didn’t even have a reservation- they just saw the cute pups, heard what we were doing, and signed up right away!

The mom fell in love with one of the puppies, but because of their summer travel schedule they decided to hold off on adopting until things settled down. When they were ready they reached back out to sospetrescue to see who was available and they just knew Bella, a senior Yorkie, was the perfect fit for their family!

We are so happy for Bella and her new family! Congratulations!! We hope to see you at another Furry Friends Yoga session soon!
