The Park is out of bags at the moment, but never fear, more are on the way! Please keep a p**p bag from home with you in case your pup p**ps in the park to help keep it safe and clean!

You can even bring a used plastic grocery bag to pick up your dog's p**p.

REMEMBER keep an eye on your dog at all times and pick up all their p**p! This is super important during the summer as flies are more active because of the heat, and we don't want unwanted bugs, including maggots and gnats in the park. (And we don't want the smell either....)

Sound off the alarms! Get the Pups Ready! Because we are opening back up THIS SUNDAY!!!!

The grass is looking beautiful and strong, so we will be ready to open Sunday morning. Thank you for your patience as the grass grew and thank you too all those who helped us with watering these past few months!

The Grass is growing in beautifully but some areas need a little extra seed boost. Join us tomorrow at the park from 9AM-10AM to spread more seed and fertilizer to make sure the park will look bark-tastic when we officially reopen in May!

The First day of Spring Cleaning is Done!
We are happy to report that the concrete box is now GONE! Huge shout out to Ian and Jake for helping pull it out of the ground and to all of our volunteers for the day who came out and helped us dig, spread dirt, till, clean up and so much more!

We will be seeding and watering tomorrow! Join us at 10AM at the park!

Sign Up to Help Water the Park During the Closure!
The biggest part of our big re-seeding and getting the grass to grow is watering the park. This is a quick and easy task that makes a mountain of change to the park and growing the grass. Just signing up for one slot helps in tremendous ways. (Plus, it also helps ease the burden on the small number of board members who did it all last year).

Once signed up you will be added to a group chat to communicate incase an emergency arises and you can't not make your slot at the last minute. It is imperative that you are on time for your slot as we don't want the grass to drown.

A map of where to move the sprinkler(s) will be available in the group chat once added, as well as inside the park on the community board during closure and by the water pump.

Dogs are NOT ALLOWED in the park UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE during this time. Grass Seed and Fertilizer is dangerous for dog paws and stomachs.

NOTE: If it is raining, all slots that day are CANCELLED.

We have big plans for Spring Maintenance and the Re-Seeding and NEED YOUR HELP! Sign up to volunteer on either day here!
Plans over the two days include, removing the Concrete Box in the Ground, Tilling the Soil, Spreading Grass Seed, Compost, and Soil, Filling Holes, Watering the Ground, AND MORE!

We would love as many shovels, sledgehammers, (even a electric/battery powered chisel if you have one). Please bring gloves and safety goggles if you have them.

Wear close-toed shoes and clothes you don't mide getting dirty. Don't forget about sunscreen and a water bottle!

You don't have to be available for the whole 10am-4pm. We would love as many hands as possible and any time you are able to give is appreciated on so many levels!
