At just a few months old, he's already the self-appointed supervisor of his litter, chief chaos coordinator, and founder of the legendary Bathtub Thunderdome™.

Dante is a gentle soul who’s finally getting the chance to enjoy the good life. He spent most of his life as an outdoor cat, but after coming in with an injury, he got the care he needed and has healed up beautifully. What surprised everyone most was discovering just how friendly and affectionate he is!

Now that he knows the comfort of indoor living, Dante is more than ready to retire from the outdoor lifestyle and settle into a calm, loving home. He’s incredibly docile, easygoing, and happiest when he has a cozy spot to relax and simply hang out near his people. Dante would make the perfect companion for someone looking for a mellow, sweet cat to share quiet days and comfy evenings with.

After everything he’s been through, Dante deserves a soft bed, a peaceful home, and lots of love, and he’ll happily return that love right back. ❤

Norfolk Animal Care Center urgently needs fosters today! If they can get 10 dogs into foster homes immediately it would greatly help.

If you are able to open up your home for a few weeks to one of the shelter dogs during construction, please visit us Thursday- Tuesday 1:30-4pm and Wednesdays 11-4pm to pick up a foster dog!
