We want to sincerely apologize to our clients who tried to reach Norfolk Veterinary Clinic’s emergency doctor today.

Due to an unexpected issue with our holiday phone system, our clinic phones did not properly transfer calls to our emergency line as they were supposed to. Unfortunately, this meant that some calls and messages were not getting through to the veterinarian on call.

We understand how stressful it is when your pet needs urgent care, and we are incredibly sorry for any frustration, worry, or inconvenience this may have caused.

We have identified the issue and it has been resolved, if you have an ongoing emergency please call the clinic number.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We appreciate the trust you place in Norfolk Veterinary Clinic to care for your pets.
