I need to cut my numbers back so JunieB is looking for a new herd. I’m keeping her littermate sister and don’t have the space for two full sisters of the same year. She kidded out as a FF with triplets and this year with quints all unassisted and uneventful. Her 2025 appraisal was EEVA 85, she was less than two weeks fresh, her udder definitely improved over her lactation. She also has 1x Youth Grand, I showed her around as a dry yearling and she was very consistent being in the top five of her classes. She has a laid back personality and is an easy keeper.

Fortunately the doe fairy paid my herd a visit but unfortunately she was a little too generous so I need to down size my keepers, I had some really exciting breedings this year and I need to make room for future kids, keep my numbers manageable, and at least 45% of my sanity intact. By no means are any of these girls culls, if I could keep them all forever I would.

Amores Farm Yumi Sunshine EEEE 92 @03-02

I realized that I never shared this photo of Havana from our trip to Nationals this summer!! This was in a cute little travel center that we stopped at somewhere in Colorado on day two of driving to Nebraska! I also never shared that Havana was the 26th place 3-year-old milker at the 2025 ADGA National show! The class was so huge and competitive, but what was extra awesome is that after placings were given, the judges pulled us aside to personally compliment her! That was such an awesome moment! Also, her daughter, Lazy Mare Miss Americana, was the 1st place youth/11th open JR Kid! She is such a special doe fingers and toes crossed she gives me does this year since I only have the one! 🩷
