Honey is a very sweet girl who was returned due to not getting along with another dog in the home. Honey loves people and cuddles! She really enjoys playing with toys and getting exercise outside. She has, unfortunately, only been friendly with one dog at the shelter. At this time, we do not recommend her with other dogs and recommend her as an only dog.

Honey is around 1 year old and is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and dewormed!

Contact us at 405-294-2711 or 405-872-9231. You can also stop by the shelter from 9-6 Wednesday-Sunday for more information!

What is Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR)?
TNR is a humane way to help manage populations of feral and free-roaming community cats. Cats are safely trapped, spayed or neutered, vaccinated for rabies and ear-tipped before being returned to the outdoor area where they were found. The ear tip provides a visible sign that the cat has already been sterilized. Over time, TNR helps reduce the number of community cats by preventing new litters while allowing existing cats to remain in their familiar environment.🐈

***ADOPTED***

River is back at the shelter, due to a few issues, like chasing/trying to play with kids and nipping (no broken skin). It's important to remember that River is still a puppy. She may nip and chase, like puppies do. It is important that she be trained what to do and what to not do!

Despite that, River is a very sweet girl who loves treats and attention! She has done well with other dogs. She was breed tested!

River is
29% Weimaraner
19% Akbash
12% Australian Cattle Dog
10% American Pit Bull Terrier
