Maybe I’m a little biased… but I’ve always had a soft spot for the boys. 💙

As a boy mom, there’s just something about the way boys love their mama.

The way they come looking for you when they need comfort.
The way they curl up beside you and somehow make everything feel a little better.
The way they can be your biggest adventure buddy one minute and your sweetest snuggle buddy the next. 🥹

It’s a love that’s hard to explain until you’ve experienced it.

So while all of our puppy girls have officially been reserved, I keep looking at these four sweet boys and thinking…

Someone is about to get a very special little best friend. 💙🐾

A little boy who will wait for you at the door.

Sometimes the last puppy isn’t the one left behind… she’s the one waiting for the right family. 🤎🐾

Meet Lorelai — the final little piece of Annie & Rooster’s Cavapoo litter.

Her siblings have been chosen. Families have gotten excited. Go-home days have arrived. And somehow, this sweet girl is still here with us.

The BEST boy for his bath! 🛁🐶🤍

There’s just something extra sweet about go-home bath day. One last scrub, one last fluff, and then it’s time for the biggest adventure yet… meeting his forever family! 🏡🐾

And this little guy absolutely understood the assignment. 😂 He was such a good boy for his bath and came out looking extra handsome for his big go-home photo. ✨

These are the moments that are a little bittersweet for us. We’ve loved them, raised them, trained them, snuggled them… and now we get to watch them become someone else’s whole world. 🥹❤️

Honestly… we’re not sure. 😂

Between vet visits, puppy food, toys, treats, blankets, grooming supplies, puppy equipment, and buying something completely unnecessary just because “the puppies would love it”… we seem to have misplaced ours. 💸🐾

People ask me all the time…

“Is anyone else interested in this puppy?”

The honest answer is… I usually have no idea.

There are often families quietly following along, waiting for the “right time” to reach out. Then all of a sudden, several puppies are reserved in a day.

Yesterday alone, 3 puppies found their families. And if history repeats itself, there’s a good chance I’ll hear from someone today asking about one of those same puppies.

If you’ve been watching a puppy and hoping they’ll still be available “tomorrow,” don’t wait too long.
