Meet Mom: International Champion Luna. 💛 PennHIP 0.40 and 0.37. Eyes cleared by a veterinary ophthalmologist. Heart cleared by a cardiologist with an echocardiogram. Clear for ichthyosis by parentage. And a people-pleaser who'd rather be wherever you are.

Golden fact: Goldens worked alongside hunters all day as gundogs. That's where the "velcro dog" comes in.

Why Luna + Wildfire? Three reasons.
🧡 Both are International Champions with PennHIP and health clearances to back up their looks. Both have the calm, people-first temperament we want in every puppy. And their pedigrees barely overlap — 0.88% COI over 10 generations.

Golden fact: When a dog and their person gaze at each other, oxytocin — the bonding hormone — rises in both of them. Goldens = love.

Seven girls. 0.88% COI. Two International Champion parents.

🍂 Luna and Wildfire welcomed seven English Cream girls on October 4. That 0.88% is their 10-generation coefficient of inbreeding, and it's exceptionally low — we'll explain more later. Raised in home with ENS and the Rule of 7, home after their 8-week vet visit the first weekend of December. Apply at composergoldens.com or give us a call at 269-591-1281.
Golden fact: Goldens were bred to work with a person, not just near one. That built-in people focus is the heart of why they're so loved.

🏡 Go-home day is here!

Traveler's daughters are ready to hit the road. Our two Dulci × Traveler girls are 8 weeks old and ready for a family this weekend.

Both parents are International Champions and both are health-tested: PennHIP (0.35/0.35 and 0.33/0.34), cardiologist echocardiograms, and eye exams from February 2026. Dad is Embark DNA clear.
Microchipped, dewormed, current on age-appropriate vaccines, and raised in our home with ENS, Rule of 7 socialization, and plenty of kids.

Fun fact: The first three dogs ever to earn the AKC Obedience Trial Champion title were all Golden Retrievers. Brains to match the beauty.

⏰ Tomorrow begins go-home!

Two Dulci × Traveler girls are still looking for their people. If you've been waiting on a health-tested English Cream girl from champion parents, today's the day to reach out.

Mom: Int. Ch. Dulci — PennHIP 0.35/0.35, heart cleared by cardiologist, eyes cleared Feb 2026
Dad: Int. Ch. Traveler — PennHIP 0.33/0.34, echo clear, eyes cleared Feb 2026, Embark DNA clear

They were raised underfoot in our home, socialized with ENS and the Rule of 7, and are used to kids. Both inherited their parents' easygoing temperaments.

Fun fact: Goldens are known for a "soft mouth." They were bred to carry birds without leaving a tooth mark, and some can hold a raw egg without cracking it. Your shoes are less lucky.

8 weeks • microchipped • age-appropriate vaccines • dewormed
