Definitely recommend the peeler, still some fiddling with them but much better results with the peeler.

$3 a dozen for chicken or quail eggs.

Crazy busy weekend at the ranch this weekend. We upgraded the quail hutch and put in a sand floor. Put in flooring for a second level. Then l we put up almost a bushel of apples in canned apple sauce and apple juice. Back to work tomorrow for some time off my feet. ☹️
