Jessamine County Trap/Neuter Return Program, Inc. We are dedicated to protecting and improving the lives of Jessamine County's feral and free-roaming cat population through Trap, Neuter and Return (TNR).

Please call 859-983-9016 for more information. Trap, neuter and return, referred to as TNR, is a national program in which feral cats are trapped using safe and humane traps, taken to a veterinarian to be spayed or neutered, vaccinated and then returned to their colonies. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into homes when possible.

Today was a little more work, but 39 more cats took the No More Litters Pledge! We could not help improve lives of the kitties and their care givers without all of our amazing volunteers and donors. Another great day! If you have time, want to give back to your community, and have some fun with others, we are always looking for more dedicated volunteers to help!

We have not kept up with our Facebook lately! Today was our fourth surgery day for 2026. 36 kitties took the No More Litters pledge today! Thank you to our donors and workers- without you the last 19 years of our dedicated work would not be possible!

🚨 URGENT — DON’T WAIT TO SPAY & NEUTER 🚨

If you see an outdoor cat without a left ear-tip, that cat is NOT fixed.

Learn about Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate + Return (TNVR) here so you can help: https://www.alleycat.org/resources/how-to-help-community-cats-a-step-by-step-guide-to-trap-neuter-return/

Spring kittens are being conceived RIGHT NOW.

One unfixed cat can turn into dozens in a matter of months.

Delaying means more kittens, more suffering, and more lives at risk.

Act immediately. Spay & neuter saves lives. 🐾
