In 1977, Duane Irving and Joyce Goldfield started with a simple belief: everyone deserves the opportunity to experience the healing partnership between horses, nature, and community.

Nearly 50 years later, that vision has grown into a place where nearly 100 participants each week find confidence, connection, and belonging at Halleck Creek Ranch.

As National Make-A-Will Month comes to a close, it's a meaningful time to think about the legacy you're creating.

Through our partnership with FreeWill, you can create or update your will online, for free, in about 20 minutes. Do you love horses, people, and making a difference? We'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for a Site Manager to support our instructors, riders, volunteers, and staff at our original Old Rancheria location in Nicasio. This role is at the heart of our daily operations—helping keep our programs running smoothly, our participants and horses safe, and creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our gates.

It's equal parts horse-focused and people-focused, with no two days quite the same.

We're also looking to add part-time riding instructors, especially for Saturdays. If you're passionate about teaching and believe in the power of horses to change lives, we'd love to meet you. PATH certification is preferred but not required—we're committed to helping the right candidates build the skills and confidence to succeed.
