IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT POLICY UPDATE

I want to take a moment to share an important policy change for Nothin’ Fancy Pet Grooming.

Going forward, a no-call/no-show fee of 75% of the scheduled appointment fee will be required for any appointment that is missed without notice.
A Last Minute Cancellation fee of 45% will also be required if cancellation occurs within 2 Hours of the scheduled appointment time.

I completely understand that life happens and unexpected situations can come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I simply ask that you please give me as much notice as possible. ❤️

As a small, independently owned grooming business, every appointment matters. When a client doesn’t show up, that time cannot be filled by another client at the last minute. It means that hours of my workday—and income that helps cover supplies, equipment, utilities, rent, and the many other costs of keeping a small business running—are lost.

Showing up for your scheduled appointment is one of the biggest ways you can support my small business. Your appointment helps me keep the lights on, continue providing quality care for your pets, and keep Nothin’ Fancy Pet Grooming running.

I truly appreciate every client who respects my time and understands that my time is my livelihood. I’m so grateful for everyone who supports my business and allows me to do what I love every day.

Refusal to pay the fee will result in low priority booking, meaning you will have less of a chance at getting an appointment in the future. This might not be baseball, but this will be a 3 Strike and Out policy. After 3 No call No shows, with fee payment or not, your name and phone number will go into a Do Not Service list.

These are the new business hours starting on Monday June 22nd! To book please call or text (603)359-4312. Taylor is almost fully booked for next week, so be sure to contact her! The website will not be up and running after closing on June 19th. So further bookings have to go through the number listed above!

Jack is a rescue looking for a home! He’s a sweet gentleman who does amazing getting his nails done. He currently resides at Wags and Wiggles Rescue!

My appointments are very close to being filled but Taylor has just started taking bookings for when I leave! (Clearly Jack loves her)
