• Owners are legally responsible for the behavior of their dog(s)
• Leash dog(s) upon entering/exiting the park
• Clean up after your dog IMMEDIATELY
• Owners must remain within the dog park
• Supervise your dog(s) with leash readily available

• Dog handlers must be at least 16 years of age
• Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult & supervised at all times
• Aggressive dogs must be removed immediately
• Dogs should be under voice control

• Sick Dogs
• Infants and Toddlers
• Dogs under 4 months of age
• Vicious/Dangerous Dogs (per City of Newport Vicious Animal Ordinance)
