🐾 Hey y’all! Just a little reminder! 🐾
As our little salon has grown (which we are SO thankful for ❤️), we’ve gotten busier than ever! Because of that, we aren’t always able to make reminder calls the day before appointments like we used to.
When you pick up your pup, we always send home a reminder card with your next appointment. We ask that you please hang onto it or put your appointment in your phone calendar as soon as you leave. 📅
We know life gets busy—we’re all guilty of forgetting things sometimes! 😊 Unfortunately, because we’re booked so far in advance, if an appointment is missed, we usually can’t squeeze anyone back in. Your next available appointment will most likely be your next regularly scheduled visit, whether that’s 2, 4, 6, or even 8 weeks away.
We never want anyone to miss their grooming appointment, so setting a quick reminder on your phone can save a lot of frustration later!
Thank y’all so much for keeping us busy and trusting us with your babies. We truly have the BEST clients, and we appreciate every single one of you! ❤️🐶✂️
