Being in this field can be hard but very rewarding at the same time. There is a lot of compassion fatigue, burn out, under appreciation, and so much more that weighs heavily on our hearts day to day but we do it every day because we love of our patients and their families. Please be kind to not only your veterinary teams but to each other! You are not alone. Call or Text 988 for help!
