Fresh Rosemary, so delightful, aromatic and delicious in so many dishes.

Pairs well with chicken, lamb, steaks and much more...

This perennial evergreen, I find my way to for cooking, teas etc the aroma is uplifting on cold days like today. If taken care of (little fuss) can grow/should grow year round for your family enjoyment.

Hey Ya'll!

So last week I did a thing... I went to another class on mushrooms. Last year the master gardeners program did a class on oyster mushrooms and this year we did shiitake mushrooms. Last Tuesday there was over 43 Georgia Master Gardeners in class including myself, learning so we can teach and apply our knowledge. Thanks Keith, Shawn & Lori for another great class.

All my veggie lovers get ready because Pepper Boy Farm will have our first gardening class in March it will be filled with so much info and tons of fun. Get ready!

Fresh pickings of the day... It's a sweet feeling grabbing veggies out the garden. If you haven't started a small garden, I encourage you all to plant something you might surprise yourself. If you need help we're here. Start, even starting small is better than not starting at all. Source local and support small farms.

Ya'll I am so excited last week in my Georgia Master Gardener program we learned about mushrooms (no not those mushrooms lol). I can't wait for mine to grow to show you all and teach others how to do the same. I love shiitake and oyster mushrooms now I can grow my own mannn... just the number of recipes flowing in my head. Happy Monday!
