Its been almost 2 years since the old trailer had to be retired from trail rides. Thankfully I have been able to borrow a two horse but it has shown me that I thrive more with a 3 or 4 horse. This last weekend the odd were in my favor and a gallant road trip was had. From Oregon to Wyoming(just to get a photo that we were there) and back again. Sometimes you may need to travel for the right thing. As this season of camping comes to a close it will let me work on this trailer and hopefully get it ready for 2026. As always we continue to trail ride year round.

This past weekend I was able to join a amazing group of gals at the beach. I try really hard to rotate my crew through who gets to go places and this year I took kiah. Kiah absolutely loves the beach. She marches out and is a happy pony as long as you face north lol. South you get drunk kiah. Funny enough I have only had her do this at the beach. The video is of her of course facing north. So proud of this girl has helped so my riders and other horses gain confidence over the years. Couldn't of asked for a better partner

A little late but thats okay. Over the 4th of July weekend I and a good friend headed out to camp Wilkerson to go exploring. Opal the week prior had an ulcer apear on her left eye that just didn't want to seem to go away, so being out of cell reception I decided to take her to keep an eye...on her eye. There's a joke there I am sure. One night and 1 round medications given and her eye seemed to be in the clear. This was opals second camping trip ever and first one without a herd mate. Her attitude and willingness through each ride just got better and better.

Bridges -check,
her first road experiance, even with an ass of a driver - two steps to the side and halted ✔
Lead the trail - check
Let me snap twigs above her - check
Overnight in her stall well - she ate, drank and pooped well. Dig a hole to China by pacing, she can do that too. Work in progress lol.
