Summer is soon to come to a close and seasons change but one thing that will never change is the fact that I have had cutest little fur babies here in July.

Starting off the month, Miss Polly came back for a long visit and she is still just as cuddly and goofy as ever.

Next, were newcomers, Oakley and Wesley the funniest Retrievers I’ve ever met. Wesley (red) meets me at the door with one of his mom’s shoes. Oakley tries to sit in my lap and weigh me down.

Moving on to Miss Mia. She’s the tiniest, fluffiest, sweetest little snuggle monster. I can’t wait for her to return in August.

Wrapping up the month, an impromptu visit from the dynamic duo, Nora and Brady. It’s been a minute since they have been here and I’ve missed them. They had me laughing almost the entire time.

It was a great July. Now on to a very busy August. Stay tuned for an update to the availability

Wow! What a good month June turned out to be. So many dogs! First, there was a short visit with a cute little beagle named Luna. Then on to a weekend with one of the best newcomers, Sandy. She was joined shortly after by a sweet little guy named Bear. He’s so smart and sweet and cuddly. Then Bear got a friend, one of my favorite Frenchies, Reecie. I miss that spunky little stinker. Next up, a day visit with the goofiest mini pony, Murphy. Wrapping up the month was a surprise visit with the cutest combo, Brady and Nora and of course, we can’t forget the sweetest, tiniest, fluffiest little girl, Miss Mia. Thank you all for a great month and for all the puppy snuggles I could handle. Let’s make July just as great or perhaps even better.

May in Review

What a great month! Birthdays, Mother’s Day, spring finally arriving bringing beautiful weather and DOGS.

First, newcomer Sandy. This girl is a pretty Shepherd mix that is so sweet and goofy and smart and playful. I had her a few times over the month for meet and greets to get her used to staying here for longer periods and she adjusted quickly. She is definitely a very welcome addition to the family.

Next up, my favorite duo, Lapadors Riley (so proper with the crossed paws) and Gauge. What can I say about these 2 that I haven’t already said? I just love these 2 goofy kids. I can’t wait for our next visit.

Lastly, short visit with Da Smurph. This miniature pony makes me laugh harder every time he’s here. I love every visit with him. Such personality.

I know it’s early but I couldn’t wait. Here’s April in review. What a spring break season!
First, newcomer Teddy. This gorgeous, sweet, loving boy is a Husky/Golden mix. I am amazed by this dog. So smart, so sweet, and doesn’t know how big he is. He had no problems adjusting to being here at all.
Then, we add a dash of the Lunatic. She makes me laugh every time she comes here. She gets out of the car, comes right to the door and walks in like she lives here. Oh Luna! I just love your squishy face.
As if that wasn’t enough, we add a bit of Murphy (Da Smurph, Da Flurph) to the mix. I tried to just stay out of the way. The boys played and Luna and I sought refuge on the couch.
After Teddy left, Murphy and Luna were sad…for a minute. Then they played and had all the treats they could handle and became best friends.
Next is a happy repeat visit, a Golden Mountain Doodle named STELLAAAAA! I love this girl. She is the fluffiest, most lovable piece of Velcro you will ever meet. She wouldn’t let me out of her sight. She has been here a few times and every time, I don’t want her to go home. But then again, I say that about all the dogs.
Rounding out the month, since Murphy and Luna get along so well, we (parents and myself), worked out a play date. They were so exhausted by the end of the day but, wow the fun they had.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I love this job! Stay tuned for an updated availability list.
