Did you know Dogly started bc my mom would write and illustrate a book for me every year about our dogs and cats?

In 2014 one of those books called A Dog Who Went To Main Street was published and the passion people had for their dogs sparked an idea that launched a company that we’ve been working on together for nearly 10 years.

The first question people always ask me is “what is it like working with your mom?” And when your mom is a powerhouse like mine, the answer is she makes everything better.

Sending so much love to all the powerhouse human moms, dog moms, and even cat moms. You’re all pretty incredible. ❤️

This wasn’t the first post I planned on making in 2023 but I want the world to know about a heart-nosed girl named Harlow.

6 years ago, Harlow came to us as a foster from .

She was a skinny, pocket-sized pup with skin issues coming to NYC to find her family.

We were so lucky to be her first stop.

When Harlow met her forever family I knew they were meant to be. I loved Harlow (and truthfully thought about adopting her) but after seeing them together, she was the perfect fit into their family.

After Harlow was adopted, the vet discovered a health issue that would mean Harlow might not make it to another birthday. Because of her incredible family, she lived and was loved for years longer than any vet said.

I’m so sad to say the day we were dreading is here and little miss heart-nose lost her health battle. Please go to ‘s most recent post and send Harlow’s family all of your love.

And please remember Harlow when you see a rescue looking for fosters. Foster dogs may only live with you for a short time but it’s such a privilege to be a part of their whole life.

Love you forever, Harlow ❤️

This will never not make me laugh. Happy Halloween 🎃Please don’t put your pets in things that make them uncomfortable!

HAPPENING TOMORROW!

https://dogly.com/posts/sudden-onset-reactivity-aggression

Have you ever said “all of the sudden my dog barked/snapped/lunged/or any other not ideal behavior you weren’t expecting?”

🙋‍♀️ I definitely have.

“All of the sudden” or “out of nowhere” isn’t usually a thing though for dogs.

Dogs communicate with their face/body and it’s up to us as their humans to know how to read their signs.

This especially applies to dogs with reactive tendencies. The goal is to read your dog’s signs AHEAD of the reactivity!

Dogly Training Advocate, Karen Chapdelaine will teach you how tomorrow night.

👩‍💻 7-8 PM EST on Dogly
➡️ March 16
🐶 This live learning group will be recorded and will be sent to all who register so you can reference any time.

Dealing with dogs with food sensitivities/allergies is really hard.
It’s hard to figure out which food is causing the problem.
It’s hard to know if it even is food vs environmental.

Come get answers from a certified canine nutritionist and feel better for yourself and your dog.

👩‍💻 March 8th @ 6 PM EST on Dogly
🐶 Recording will be sent to all who register
🐾 This is Part 1 of the Allergies & Sensitivities series from Alex. Part 2 & 3 will cover Skin & Coat Issues, and Ear Infections/Deeper Problems.

Not many of us like to talk about our dog’s weight, right? Including myself.

BUT it’s such an important conversation to have.

If for no other reason than joint care. The more weight on your dog’s body = more weight on their joints = the potential for all sorts of joint issues.

Especially for low rider dogs prone to back and leg troubles like Doxie dogs like our Houzton.

Talking about weight is super hard but tomorrow night on Dogly I don’t want it to be. Join us for an open conversation about weight management tips & recommendations on food/supplements/treats led by certified canine nutritionist & Dogly Wellness Advocate, Alicia Boemi.

Let’s kick 2022 off with a focus on keeping our dogs happy & healthy for the long run.

💻 Register via link above. And bring any questions! This will be part presentation/part open discussion. Starting at 7 PM EST.

See you tomorrow. And if you can’t join, the recording will be sent out to all who register. ❤️

Yes, this is the cutest face ever but not everyone loves a dog nose on their plate.

If you’re getting together with family or friends this week and food and pets will be involved, join us tomorrow night on Dogly to learn how to keep everyone safe and stress-free.

New people, lots of energy, and really tempting yummy eats can be a lot for our dogs.

Let’s learn how to set them up for success before they do something we less than love.

Hosted by Dogly Training Advocate Ruby Leslie tomorrow night at 9 PM EST on Dogly

My favorite part of the week is happening tomorrow night on Dogly.

These support groups are just filled with goodness. There’s no negativity, no fake personas. Just people coming together with a professional to get better for our dogs.

Will you be joining us? 8 PM EST on Dogly (purposefully not hosted on social media to have an open and private discussion).

Link above has more details on what we’ll be discussing but if your dog has shown signs of separation anxiety, you’ll want to be there.

Recording will be available for all who register.
