Terms and Conditions
• Purchaser may secure a pony with a minimum deposit of
£250 to form a contract of sale
• All ponies are open to pre purchase vetting
• Any pre purchase vetting should take place at SMP
Ponies
• In the unlikely event a pony should fail the vetting the
deposit shall be returned
• Should the purchaser change their mind about proceeding with the sale then the dep
osit is forfeited
•If after the vetting the pony is not collected within 5 days
livery will be charged
• Ponies must be paid for in full cleared funds before leaving the yard.
• Passports will be given to the purchaser / their
representative on collection of the pony
• SMP Ponies offer a 14 day Exchange Warranty
• The warranty starts from the day the cleared funds are
received
• The exchange policy is for a pony of equal value. If the
pony is of a higher value the balance will be due.
• Ponies must be returned in the same condition as when
they left.
• If there are no suitable ponies in stock SMP Ponies will
endeavour to find a suitable replacement as quickly as
possible
• If the purchaser would like SMP Ponies to sell their pony
on their behalf, we can do so at our standard sales livery agreement
• SMP Ponies reserve the right to have a veterinary
inspection on the pony's return
Any pony sold on behalf of a client on sales livery can only be returned on a sales livery basis.
