Nothing says homecoming quite like being greeted by the dogs you love. ❤️🐾

I never know which dogs my husband will bring along to welcome me home—but it’s the best feeling in the world.

Choppy came into our Board and Train Program for Puppies straight from Havanese Fly of New England at eight weeks old! As always we gave him a happy foundation in sleep and house-training, social skills, and everyday manners.

My puppy board and train program establishes healthy sleep and potty habits, early separation skills, social confidence, and introduces the five foundational words: Name, Come, Place, Drop, and Stay. Puppies start learning the moment they come home.

Day two of "Four (Paws) on the Floor" week! 🐾 Today's game: Alligator Island. Pop up on the counter or a chair and simply ignore the jumping, if it continues, cover your face and give them nothing to work with. The moment all four paws hit the floor, say "find it" and toss the reward down. Once your puppy has that pattern locked in, you can start layering in the word "stay" to label the stillness itself. Same rule as yesterday: calm feet get the attention, the treats, and the toys.
