I have a reminder in my phone that is about a year old telling me to practice gratitude and identify one thing I appreciate each morning. I have not been practicing this and it’s something I fall in and out of regularly. My new intention, to practice what I preach brings me to what I’m grateful for today: I am grateful for the people who love and support me, who’ve held me down no matter how much I’ve strayed or pushed them away. April is a month of transformation and change and I am grateful that I’m able to be here and see it unfold!
