Dylan is safe!! Our boy got his freedom ride from this morning and is settling into foster!

We are so grateful for the support in finding him a foster home! If you applied for Dylan we’d love to have you finish the process for other dogs in need.

All of the sharing saved his life and we can’t thank you all enough! He is safe because all of you!! 🫶 More updates to come as he decompresses.

🆘Pearl is officially in danger and needs a foster ASAP. The shelter is requiring multiple meets for her so you must be willing to go to Duchess County multiple times.

She and her human mom were abused, and her mom had to leave (as you may know, domestic abuse help doesn’t accept dogs) now she’s confused and scared. She is sweet, loving and needs a hero.

She is beloved by shelter staff. Because they can tell you who Pearl really is— she’s the dog who will slowly creep closer to you on the couch until she’s practically in your lap. The one who looks up at you with those big brown eyes like you hung the moon. Once she knows you’re safe — she is ALL in. Kisses, cuddles, zoomies, the whole thing. She is playful and silly and so, so loving. She just needed someone to show her that people can be kind — and she repays that with her whole heart. 🤍

She came from a really hard situation and it left her scared of the world. But that fear? It melts. And what’s underneath it is one of the sweetest souls you will ever meet.

She just needs a patient foster so we can pull her from the shelter and give her a soft place to land. A quiet home. A little time. That’s it.

Pearl is at and this is urgent. She has someone at that shelter fighting for her every single day. Now she needs someone on the outside to fight for her too.

This scruffy cutie is looking for her forever! Winnie came to us as an owner surrender and has been nothing but a total sweetheart!

She loves kids & dogs; she makes the PERFECT family dog. Winnie is THRIVING in foster with her fur sibling so we’re looking for a home that has fenced yard and a family that understands she’ll need puppy playdates and socialization. She was the greeter dog at daycare, after all!

Winnie is a 1 years old, 56 lb terrier mix, and a total lovebug. She is potty trained and happiest with her people 💕. She LOVES dog parks.

🚨 Daisy needs a foster hero 🚨

Please help us get Daisy seen. A rescue is ready to take her… she just needs a foster home to say yes. 💛

Daisy is a petite sweetheart around 50 pounds with a gentle soul and so much love to give. She has passed all of her assessments, has no resource guarding, and truly deserves the chance to finally leave shelter life behind.

The only way Daisy can leave the shelter is through a rescue partner stepping up for her. Thankfully, Twenty Paws Rescue is willing and ready to pull Daisy to safety, but they cannot move forward without a foster home in place first.

The rescue will help support Daisy through her journey, and she will ultimately be available for adoption through Twenty Paws Rescue as well. She just needs someone willing to open their home and give her that bridge to a better future. ✨

Wallus went to the vet today .vetclinic and made some new besties! Our little 10 lbs guy is usually timid at first, but he decided he was instantly in love with his vet.

Unfortunately, our boy has a fever. He’s going to get some tests and go back Friday for a follow up and hopefully vaccines! If all goes well he’ll have his neuter next week.

The vet loved him so much she started to call people during the visit to see if they’re looking to adopt. What a Casanova!

Thank you to his incredible foster for helping Wallus thru this transition.

Wallus needs a new foster starting June 6th (or foster to adopt). He’s a good boy but will need help with potty training.

🆘URGENT‼️ Dylan now has a deadline. We have 4 days to get him out of the shelter. (Comments include how his previous foster & a volunteer that took him for a day out describe him) ⬇️

Dylan was previously in a foster home where he proved to be a total velcro dog, and we are desperate to get him back into a home environment where he can thrive.

He is 2.5 yes old and a lovable, giving soul who just wants to be wherever you are. Whether it’s lounging on the couch, sleeping on your chest, or claiming his spot as a 55 lb lap dog, Dylan has a lot of love to give and is looking for a family that will give it right back.

✅Dylan loves people of all shapes and sizes! He can get a bit “excited-jumpy” when meeting new friends, but it’s only because he’s so happy to see you. He would be great in a home with older kids.

✅He has done great with dogs after proper introductions. He lived successfully with a 7yo pit mix who helped show him the ropes! They were absolute besties.

✅He travels well, loves his walks, and is a big fan of outdoor play. A home with a fenced-in yard would be his absolute dream.

He would do great as a family dog, a fur sibling, or living alone with his person!
