SIGHTING
Approx 1 pm TODAY at the corner of 6th Ave Berkeley. He was headed south down Berkeley toward 5th and supposedly went into a deli. He was African American with neck tattoos and a pick in his hair. Wearing short sleeve white tee, white shorts and white sneakers. Dog was on a red leash.
Woman who saw him is POSITIVE it was Fidel. Man become hostile when approached. Police were called.
