Service dogs versus ESA’s,

A task trained service dog is trained to perform specific actions to help people with disabilities- Dysautonomia and PTSD. A service dog spent years being trained to help and to behave calmly and impeccably in public. Some of the things a Service Dog does to help include alerting of dangerous medical episodes, guiding people to an exit, to a car, through a crowd, or to the person you are with, responding to medical episodes appropriately, carrying small items for you, and more.. Emotional support in itself is not a trained task, this is why ESA’s are not service dogs and are not protected by the ADA. ESA’s also do not have legal public access rights like service dogs do, but that’s okay! It doesn’t make them less important. The fact that ESA’s and service dogs are two different things is not a matter of “who’s more important”. It’s a matter of what type of work, training, public access, and assistance each dog can provide. Dog trainers we’re also educators, advocates, and we’re your best source for information on these life-saving pups.

The animal-rescuers mafia called the sheriff on me, and the police contacted the ASPCA.
My dogs were kidnapped while they were healthy — but after months under ASPCA neglect, they ended up dead in those black trash bags while I was still detained.
They were service dogs. They were family. And they deserved better.

💔 What It Looks Like When They Take Your Dogs Away

This is what it looks like when the police and so-called rescues take your dogs away “for their own good.”
That mess you see in the photo — that’s not neglect. That’s fear. That’s what happens when beloved, healthy animals who slept beside you, played in open air, and knew love, suddenly find themselves trapped in a cage.

These were my dogs. Service and therapy animals. They had beds, fresh water, toys, and an acre of land to run free, an entire block in Staten Island, NYC. Then one day, officers and the ASPCA stormed in, following false accusations from a Shelter located in New Jersey took them from their home, and locked them behind metal walls. Imagine your family members crying for you, confused, trembling, sick to their stomachs.

This is what anxiety looks like. This is what betrayal looks like.
“Where is my family?”
“Why am I in this cage?”
“Why are they screaming?”
They don’t understand court papers or fake claims. They only understand love — and its sudden absence.

Some of them never made it out alive.
They were called “rescued,” but instead, they were destroyed. Perfectly healthy service dogs — murdered under the name of “Animal Rights.”

People believe shelters are sanctuaries, but too often they’re prisons. Once you’ve seen it, you can’t unsee it. These animals trusted humans — the same humans who labeled them, judged them, and killed them.

I didn’t surrender them. They were seized (Basically stolen), and their suffering was used to justify the very system that failed them.
No one can imagine the pain of knowing your family was locked in a cell and you couldn’t reach them, couldn’t protect them, couldn’t save them.

This isn’t rescue.
It’s cruel — polished, funded, and excused.
It is the NYPD + ASPCA cartel
And I will never stop fighting for justice for my huskies.
