Keeley was brought in after swallowing a tennis ball about 10–15 minutes earlier. Emesis was induced but unsuccessful. Radiographs confirmed the ball in the stomach so she was taken straight into surgery with no transfer needed. A gastrotomy was performed to remove the foreign body. She recovered well with post-operative monitoring completed in-house.
