Hello there! Meet Baloo..! Got him home a few days back. We’re 1st time Aussie owners and I have to say I feel we are blessed with our pup…! I’ve been a part of this group for a while learning about Aussies. We are based in Kirkland, Washington and looking for some recommendations for the below:

1. We have just moved to Washington and are new here so any vet recommendations in and around the area will be really very helpful.

2. ⁠We are also considering puppy school but aren’t sure what is the right age for our pup to start the school.. also any recommendations for schools would be really appreciated.

Hello all, I’m a little hesitant to post on here. I’m worried about backlash and such. But I have an issue I would appreciate professional opinions on. I’m wondering opinions on invisible fence lines and if that’s a smart route to take. I have a 6 m/o Doberman mix, and she started jumping the fence. Yes I have been working with her on boundary training. She just ignores her training and is stubborn when she sees something she wants. I want to take the safe route asap, meaning extreme measures such as e-collar or invisible fence rather than hoping training sticks with her and she doesn’t jump the fence and get hurt. This is not the permanent house she will staying in the rest of her life, and the fence is only about 3 feet.

No we cannot get a bigger fence installed. She does fine with 6+ fences just not this little one. Thank you for any advice.
