We have some new followers so we figured we could reintroduce ourselves and the faces behind the shenanigans ♥️
Meet Alcoa and Willow!
Alcoa is a 9 year old registered buckskin quarter horse. His nickname is “Dennis the Menace” as he likes to be a little mischievous fella! He is FAST AS HECK and enjoys all things ranch work!
Willow is a 14 year old grade ghost paint quarter horse. She is an incredibly intelligent, bold, and alpha kinda gal. Like her mama (Britt), she doesn’t like being told what to do but she is as loyal as they come.
Wh***ey! My (Britt) favorite and I’m unapologetic about it. Wh***ey is 25 years old and we weren’t looking to add to our herd when he found us. He is our trusty & consistently amazing baby. He loves to work, even with his age and finds me to load him; even on his days off. He is as sweet and pretty as they come.
Jolene! The personality hire. She is a 15 year old mini pony who brings a lot of joy at our nursing home visits. She follows us like a puppy dog on our trail rides from the ranch and is as round as she is tall. Our little free spirit and if you know her, you love her ♥️
Little Mama! Worth her weight in absolute gold. She is six years old and has always been the lazy girl of the group since being blessed with her over three years ago. Don’t let her name fool you! She is a BIG OL GIRL! As an off-the-track thoroughbred, her race days are over but she does like to boogie from time-to-time. She doesn’t know what personal space is and will crawl in your lap to lick you or see what kind of treats you may have.
Parker! Also known as THE SPICY RED HEAD. He is 17 years old and is an appendix (half thoroughbred, half quarter horse). I’ve had him almost ten years now and he has been consistently a grump, but we love him anyways. He is very very very alpha and will throw temper tantrums if he feel like is isn’t the one in charge. Lila and I ride him primarily and he does a great job as a lead horse.
Miss Maya! Our newest additional. She is a 17 year old quarter cross (crossed with what? Idk but ol girl is smol). She is a little potato. Incredibly willing to learn and please. She loves to both get and give attention. She has proven herself to be kind, fun, brave, and a love bug. We are so happy to have her here.
