“Honey said, catch my good side!” 💅🏼🐩💜

Excuse me while I serve looks all day long! 🎀✨ Just a little diva living her best spa day at Southern Paws Pet Spa! 💚🐾

🐾💚 Why doesn’t Southern Paws Pet Spa give out treats? 🐶

As much as I would LOVE to spoil my furry clients with treats and goodies, your pet’s safety will always come first! 🐾

Some pets have food allergies or sensitivities that even their owners may not be aware of yet. If I give a treat to a dog and they develop a reaction, it can be difficult to determine whether it was caused by the treat or one of the grooming products used during their spa day.

I never want to risk introducing something new that could potentially cause an allergic reaction or make one of my sweet clients uncomfortable. Since I’m a one-on-one grooming salon, I take your pet’s health and safety very seriously.

So, while I may not spoil your babies with treats, I’ll always spoil them with love, patience, attention, and plenty of TLC! 💚✂️🛁

Their safety will always come before an extra goodie! 🐾

Thank you for understanding and trusting Southern Paws Pet Spa with your precious fur babies. It means more to me than you know! 💚🐶

He was a little unsure of the process at first, but we took our time and let him get comfortable along the way. 🥹
Every pup’s first grooming experience is a big milestone, and we’re so proud of this sweet boy! 🐶💚

I didn’t think I’d have to share this again, but unfortunately here we are.
I would like to respectfully clarify that while I understand not everyone will agree with every decision I make, I will not tolerate being belittled or disrespected. I stand firm in that boundary, regardless of whether someone considers it unprofessional. Southern Paws Pet Spa is my business, and I have established policies, schedules, and time commitments that I must uphold to provide quality care to every pet I serve. I believe professionalism and mutual respect should go both ways.

🐾🤎 MY HEART IS SO FULL OF GRATITUDE! 🤎🐾

October is BOOKED! November is BOOKED! 🥹🐶✨

I honestly cannot put into words how thankful I am for every single one of you who continues to support Southern Paws Pet Spa. What started as a dream has grown into something so special, and I never want to take a single bit of that support for granted.

Being a one-woman show means I wear all the hats, and while some days are long, getting to spend my days loving on your sweet fur babies makes it all worth it. Every appointment, referral, recommendation, share, and kind word means more to me than you know. ❤️

Thank you for trusting me with your babies, for choosing my small business, and for allowing me to do what I love. Y’all are the reason Southern Paws continues to grow, and I am beyond blessed to have such amazing clients! 🐾🌿

🎄 DECEMBER IS FILLING UP VERY QUICKLY! 🎄

The holidays will be here before we know it! If your furry friend needs their holiday spa day, now is the time to get on the schedule. Give me a call or text to secure your December appointment before they’re all gone!

From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU for keeping this little dream of mine alive. Your support means everything to me, and I am so grateful for each and every one of you. 🤎🐶

🐾 SOUTHERN PAWS PET SPA — APPOINTMENT REMINDERS & CONFIRMATIONS 🐾

I recently had a few who was a little confused about how our appointment reminders work, so I wanted to take a moment to clear things up for everyone! ❤️

📩 1. APPOINTMENT ACCEPTED
You will receive a message letting you know your appointment has been accepted. This message typically arrives during the week or month of your scheduled appointment.

📲 2. 24-HOUR REMINDER & CONFIRMATION
You will receive a message 24 hours before your appointment. This message requires you to click the link provided to confirm your appointment.

If you cannot keep your appointment, you must notify me by texting “CANCEL” to the reminder system, texting me directly, or calling me.

Please remember that cancellations made after the 24-hour reminder has been sent will be subject to our 50% cancellation fee.

⏰ 3. TWO-HOUR REMINDER
You will receive one final reminder approximately 2 hours before your scheduled appointment. At this point, any cancellations will be subject to our cancellation fee.

⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDER
Appointments that are not confirmed, or when I have not received a response to my confirmation request, may be canceled and subject to the cancellation fee.

As a one-on-one grooming salon, my schedule is reserved specifically for your pup. Late cancellations and missed appointments prevent me from offering that time to another client who may be waiting for an opening.

Thank you for understanding, respecting my time, and helping Southern Paws Pet Spa keep everything running smoothly! 🐶💚
