Here is the link for a Eco-ESG-Sustainability-Regenerative and Biodiversity training center.

Please ready and repost. If you know me please leave a comment or question.

Have been planning this for 26 years and finding 3 properties here in Serbia for 10 years and they are all next to each other!

We are seeking $1 million dolllars or more to create a regenerative farm and eco-sustainable-regenerative and biodiversity teaching center.

We will create a new not for profit and have a for profit company. I have been planning this for 26 years and we need to create and fund many more worldwide.

We plan to partner with Treegens and our founder Jimi Cohen. We will talk with the forest service here in Serbia about planting trees to do reforestation work.

I am from Iowa so doing no till regenerative farming is a major thing we will do. Of course we can use more than $1 million.

Please read and repost and donate if you can! This is my life’s work. Have been finding 3 properties in a small Serbian Monastery village on the edge of the forest in Fruska Gora which is 100 KMs long.

We are minutes walk from farmland and I know Serbia well. We will work with all local farmers for free who want to switch to no till regenerative farming and will have top experts teaching them.

H**p will be a big part of what we plant when we have our h**p factory ready. Of course we will do crop rotations and do what our experts tell us to.

My neighbors have already done 3 permaculture certification courses in the last 5 years here and I was an angel investor for $15,000 for them to live here full time.

The main goal is to have experts teach our top solutions & have a showcase farm and properties to show solutions!

Here is a fundraiser I created in GoFundMe to help build out my main first property. If we get the $40,000 we will make the bigger business plan and financials and get ready for grants and Gitcoin and Giveth quadratic funding.

If some love the idea or a eco-sustainable-regenerate teaching hub. Can back with real estate!

We have been building a Regenerative Finance Hub and educational eco showcase properties for nine years in Serbia. We are in Bešenovački Prenjavor in the Fruška Gora forest minutes walk from the farms.

Our goal is to raise $40,000. All who donate can use money here or let others use what you donated to sponsor someone who don't have the money for the event they want to attend.

We plan to buy more homes & farms to showcase the top solutions for a brighter future.

We will have world-class experts help us plan and build our buildings, & plant experts help us grow our food. We will have no-till regenerative farming and a teaching school for it.

We will have a research library & already have lots of books in English & Serbian. We have a man made lake minutes walk away.

We will host workshops, seminars, & conferences around lots of environmental topics. We will also have eco-tourism and host events for others as we desire more people to understand how we can live in more eco-friendly ways and have amazing food for them.

These donations will help us create a not-for-profit that supports Regenerative Finance projects here & worldwide.

We will have places for experts in our properties to come stay for free as we want more experts to connect as well as help us keep building in the best ways.

I have been a researcher and promoter for 33 years and full-time self-funded since June of 1999. I have been researching and planning to build a Eco Showcase for over 26 years.

I have been big on X Regenerative Finance (ReFi) Spaces and have donated thousands to support ReFi and hosted and talked about ReFi on thousands of talking Spaces as a host.

We will support the creation of Eco Showcases and ReFi hubs worldwide and we plan to work with Nigeria next. We will also create for-profits and help others start them in their countries.

We will give a percentage of the food we grow on the farm to people in need of great food.

Thank you for your donation and please share this donation cause with others.

I am open to having Zoom or Google meetings with anyone who would like to know more as I have been planning this for over 25 years and it keeps getting bigger and more needed.

Thank you,

Matthew Lamson Bonnstetter

PS. I know several organizations that are building Billion dollar ReFi financing companies and one trading platform that will donate all profits from the crypto trading to ReFi projects and will list them on the webpage.

I have been researcher into pollution and our top challenges and our top solutions of 33 years. I know of 5 people who are creating Billion dollar companies to help our world fund Regenerative Finance in the multi billions and help others the same thing.

We need to invest and translation trillions exponentially for many decades now. We do not have time to fight he old ways. We must invite them to join us in the best ways moving forward.

I am seeking investors for a Serbian Regenerative Farm, Finance Hub and Eco showcase properties. We will create for profit and not for profit and host workshops, seminars and conferences and train people in many areas.

I am on X, LinkedIn and Facebook so you can find me. We can do a Zoom or Google video meeting.

While this X space is meant for investors we will go with the flow and allow amazing ReFi projects to present as well like
and we will host a lot more investor Spaces as we need to educate and communicate with more investors to let them know they can invest in our top 100 solutions and earn great long term returns.

We will talk about Green Building H**p, and natural material and much more today.

I know of some big plans you can get in on early and in 10 years I would expect your returns to be amazing and fund what is needed.
