With heavy hearts, we share some very sad news from the New River Veterinary Hospital family. ❤️
Today, we said goodbye to our beloved clinic cat, Kiki, who had been a cherished part of our hospital for more than 10 years.
Kiki had a special way of knowing when someone needed a little extra comfort—whether it was a nervous patient, a worried pet parent, or one of our team members having a difficult day. He simply had a gift for making people feel safe and loved.
Our sweet boy was once quite the chunky man, and he had a personality and presence that filled our hospital. Over the years, countless clients and patients came to know and love him. He was more than just our clinic cat—he was family.
Kiki had the sweetest soul, and his gentle presence touched more lives than we could ever count. Saying goodbye to him today leaves a very big hole in our hearts and in our hospital.
We also want to say a heartfelt thank you to all of our wonderful clients who loved Kiki throughout the years. Thank you for greeting him, giving him scratches and cuddles, sharing treats with him, taking pictures of him, asking about him when you came in, and simply allowing him to be a part of your visits. Knowing how deeply he was loved by our clients means more to us than we can put into words. He truly belonged to all of us. ❤️
We are incredibly grateful that we had the privilege of loving him for over a decade. We will forever cherish the memories, the cuddles, the greetings, and all the comfort he gave so freely.
And, of course, we know one thing for certain: Kiki is finally enjoying the endless buffet he always dreamed of! All the treats, all the food, and absolutely no one telling him he needs to watch his waistline. 😂❤️
Rest peacefully, sweet Kiki. 🐾❤️
You were loved beyond measure, and you will never be forgotten.
With love,
The New River Veterinary Hospital Family
